Antimicrobial agents

While silver acetate and triclosan antimicrobial agents are effective alone, their power to prevent development of infection intensifies when combined, offering increased antimicrobial properties than the existing available vascular prosthesis on the market as demonstrated in vitro. [1],[2]

Faster antimicrobial efficacy is observed in vitro compared to existing available antimicrobial vascular grafts. [1],[2]

Material:

  • Silver acetate/triclosan collagen-coated polyester graft
  • Available in Knitted and Ultrathin configuration
  • Water permeability: < 5ml/cm²/min [3]
