Getinge 700HC-E Series Steam Sterilizers

Getinge 700HC-E Series Steam Sterilizers

The Getinge 700HC-E Series Steam Sterilizers provide efficient performance, superior productivity and reliability. They are compact, versatile and combine high capacity with cost efficiency and environmental benefits.

The Getinge 700HC-E Series Steam Sterilizers feature a chamber and jacket constructed of 316L stainless steel. The Loading Car provides increased loading capacity – up to 33% compared to older 24" x 36" sterilizers. It's an ideal choice for new construction or replacing older models, offering increased loading capacity within the same wall openings and footprints of many current units.

Featuring the new AVANTI 8.4" touchscreen display making it easier than ever to custom name cycles for fast, accurate identification. The 700HC-E Series offer cycles employing either gravity/downward displacement or dynamic air-removal pressure/vacuum pulsing. Offering up to 23 cycles, in two easy steps for applications including wrapped and unwrapped porous and non-porous hard goods, utensils, gowns or towel packs and liquids in self-venting or unsealed containers.

AAMI ST8 compliant for trays up to 25 lbs each
Validated with programs for both gravity and pre-vacuum cycles at either 132ºC or 135ºC
Exceptional safety and reliability built into all aspects of design and operation

Loading Equipment

Our sterilizer load cars and transfer carriages are the ideal accessories for your steam sterilizers. They provide ease of movement and are designed for ergonomic and efficient loading and transfer of goods. All of our loading equipment and accessories are constructed of stainless steel for long life under severe conditions.

700 Series Load Car and Transfer Carriage

The 700 series load car frame is constructed of tubular stainless steel. The load car is supplied with a fixed bottom shelf, for use as a flat bed, plus (2) adjustable SST shelves. Each adjustable shelf has a pair of side rails and easily accommodates various shapes and sizes and eight adjustable shelving elevations are provided to meet various item heights. The side rails are full length and easily adjusted to hold processed items within the frame of the load car.

The transfer carriage is fabricated of formed stainless steel sections and rectangular stainless steel tubing, with high impact threaded casters. The height is adjustable via the threaded casters. A self-centering latch provides alignment, and securely locks the carriage to the sterilizer for an easy and safe transfer carriage.

Peel Pouch Sterilization Rack

Designed to hold plastic/paper peel pouches in a vertical position during a sterilization cycle. Use inside a tray for easy and safety of load removal. This rack provides spacing to ensure sterilant contact to all surfaces and drainage if moisture is present during a cycle.

Instrument Basket

Modular instrument tray with perforated bottom and solid sides to prevent small instruments from sticking out. Includes carrying handles.

Water Saver Packages

The Getinge MP-129 Water Saver Modernization Package is intended for use on healthcare or scientific mechanical air-removal and gravity displacement Getinge steam sterilizers. Water Consumption can be reduced significantly when the equipment is operated as recommended in the sterilizer operating instructions.
