The GSS P Steam Sterilizer for pharmaceutical production is an autoclave designed for reliable contamination prevention, high performance, maximum productivity and a streamlined process. A Quality Process Management System secures ease of validation, compliance to the intent of GAMP5, and fulfillment of global and local regulations.

Optimized solution

The GSS P has standard chamber sizes ranging from 0.4 to 9 cubic meters (10 to 400 cubic feet) and flexibility allowing customization that perfectly fit your autoclave machine to the production set-up. To further optimize, choose between three control systems – the high performance standard B & R, Siemens or Allen Bradley.

User friendly Steam Sterilizer

GSS P is a user-friendly autoclave built for easy handling and designed to secure process flow and uptime. The ergonomic display has an intuitive HMI with presets for several common processes, making it easy to use and ensures operator safety and a reproducible process– as well as product integrity.

Sanitary stainless steel parts

From process piping to chamber, the GSS P is a GMP high-performance, sanitary stainless steel steam sterilizer for demanding production requirements. All relevant components are carefully selected for function and hygiene. The Fascia panels have a satin finish and vertical grain brush for easy cleaning and stylish appearance, and the pressure vessel is robototically welded and polished.
