Applikon process control systems offer accurate control of all bioprocess parameters, in combination with simple operation. A large number of sensors can be integrated to deliver optimal performance for your bioprocess.

To control all bioprocess parameters, like pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, agitation, foam and level, we offer various Applikon process controllers. They can apply a combination of digital and analog outputs for advanced process control and increased flexibility. Actuators such as rotameters, solenoid valves, mass flow controllers, pumps, thermocirculator and others can be controlled. Operators can set PID values, deadband for pH control, cascade control strategies, and dose monitors for liquid and gas additions. The system can automatically and continuously calculate the best controller settings for every process, whether it is on lab-scale or in production. Bioreactor systems can be supplied with our own Applikon control system or alternatively with an Emerson DeltaV™ controller, an Allen Bradley or a Siemens PLC.
