Applikon BioBench

The multi-use Applikon BioBench mimics commercial scale in a scale-down version, on your bench, while maintaining the geometric ratios of a commercial scale. The consistent concept of modularity, using standard modules to build the bioreactor, simplifies customization to meet any specific requirements for microbial and cell cultures.

Applikon BioPilot

The multi-use Applikon BioPilot is the first step towards bioprocess production. The BioPilot is linearly scaled up from lab-scale bioreactors, which simplifies the transfer to production resulting in a quicker time-to-market. The consistent concept of modularity, using standard modules to build the bioreactor, simplifies customization to meet any specific requirements for microbial and cell cultures.

Applikon BioProduction

As conditions for optimal growth of cells and microbial organisms differ per application, the design of the bioreactor or fermentor differs as well. The BioProduction stands for special projects, up to complete cGMP production systems of several thousand liters, that include tailor-made systems to match cultivation requirements.

Applikon ez2-Control

The ez2-Control is there to simplify your bioprocess. Its multiple software innovations make it easy to control your bioreactor. The web-interface for the ez2-Control provides a clear overview of the parameters of your bioprocess, putting the attention right where it’s needed.

Applikon my-Control

The my-Control is ideal for small scale cultivations as this controller requires less bench space than other controllers. This advanced system can control single- and multi-use bioreactors from 50 mL (working volume) up to a total volume of 3 L for both cell culture and microbial cultures.

The stirred tank Applikon Bio excels in quality and modularity. This glass autoclavable bioreactor supports you in your research and development applications and smoothly optimizes your process while scaling up to higher volumes.
